This is a formal paid service with digital equipment and reporting wherein we only test Hilti Chemical and Mechanical anchors.

Light-duty (HAT30/50) anchor testing hourly fee (<30kN/<50kN load)

Medium-duty (HAT180) anchor testing hourly fee (Load is between 30kN and 180kN)

Heavy-duty (HAT370) anchor testing hourly fee (Load is between 180kN and 370kN)

Travel rate outside of Metro areas (>30 minutes)

Time taken to complete the anchor test may vary according to the site conditions, which include, but not limited to:

 

1.     Site Induction(s): Kindly inform us in advance for any site induction requirements.

2.     Loaded Anchors: Nuts, washers, plates, fixings, duct tape etc should be removed from the rods by the customer prior to the start of the testing session. Testing of anchors loaded with a structure will not be conducted due to safety risk associated with the same.

3.     Access to site: Safety requirements and EWP operator requirements will need to be considered.

4.     Lead Times: Please allow upto 5 working days of notice for scheduling purposes.

1.     Threaded Rods: Upto M36 and 370KN

2.     Rebar               : Upto N32 and 370KN
