Standard Delivery

- Next day delivery for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast
- 2-5 days for other locations
- $25 for orders placed online
- $49 for all orders placed via Customer Service, Account Manager or B2B e-procurement.
Saver Delivery
- Order before 2:30pm for saver delivery to your location
- Deliver within 4 business days for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast
- 5-9 days for other locations
- $15 for orders placed online
- $25 for all orders placed via Customer Service, Account Manager or B2B e-procurement.
Same Day Delivery
- Order before 10:30 am via our customer service (Monday to Friday)
- Same day delivery available in Sydney metropolitan areas
- $90 per delivery
Express Air
- Next business day in cities with airports
- 2-5 days for other regional locations.
- Contact Hilti Customer Service for arrangements
- Hazardous items may be restricted from air delivery services
Same Day Pick Up from Central Warehouse
- Same day pick up from our Central Warehouse at no cost (only available for Sydney customers)
- Pick up time: 08:00 am – 15:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
- Order cut off time: 12:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
- Targeted turnaround time: minimum 2 hours
- Orders can be placed via Customer Service on 131 292
Click & Collect
- Place your order on our website and select a Hilti Store as pick-up location.
- Pick up your order in a Hilti Store just 1 hour later during our store opening hours.
Tool Repair pick up and delivery
- Book your repair before 2:30 pm (online or via customer service)
- Next day pick up in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide & Perth
- Free for Fleet Management tools
- Free for tools within the No-Cost wear & tear warranty period
- $25 for tools outside the No-Cost wear & tear warranty period booked in online
- $49 for all tool repairs booked via Customer Service, and Hilti Stores, outside the No-Cost wear & tear warranty period
