Warehouse Move

Dear Customers,

We want you to let you know that we are moving to a new, state-of-the-art warehouse facility, located in Sydney’s West. At Hilti, we are passionate about building a better future through innovation. Our new facility will allow us to utilise advanced digital and technological systems to improve our operations and service to you.

We'll commence operating from the new facility on Monday, 4th April. To support a smooth transition, there will be some changes in our operations from 22nd March until 25th April.

Important dates:

  • Thursday 31 March
    Orders placed after 2:30pm on 31 March will be processed on 4th April.
  • Friday 1 April
    Warehouse closed one day only.
    All other services (Hilti Stores, Tool Service Centre and delivery services) remain open.
  • 21 March until 25 April
    Order processing will be delayed by one day while we settle into our new operations.

Our entire team is fully committed to ensuring a smooth transition. We encourage you to work with your Account Manager and plan when possible. In addition, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Customer Service on 131 292 if you have any questions.
