Please be advised we will be closing our Customer Service and Credit Team phone lines an hour early at 4pm AEST on Wednesday 04 May 2022, to accomodate IT upgrade requirements which will improve our service capabilities.
Any calls received on our national service line, 131 292, after 4pm AEST on this day will be directed to our automated messaging service advising customers our line is closed. Any e-mails sent after this time will still be received, but reviewed the following day 05/05/22.
